Where we build

Twelve industries. One studio.

Dafi Labs builds software for the way a sector already works: robotics and embedded circuits, blockchain, AI automation, web and mobile, search, and cinematic production. The aim is the cost that comes out, and a company that is easier to find and easier to trust.

The sectors

Each card opens the work we do there: the systems, the saving, and the current pattern we follow.

Manufacturing

01 · Factory floor

Manufacturing

A plant stands out when the line keeps its promise. We connect the cell, the board, and the planning desk so a stop is visible before it spends a shift.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

A stop you could have seen

A sensor and a short automation on the exception path cost less than a line waiting on a phone call.

The current pattern

Small models on the cell judge a camera or a vibration on the floor, so the decision does not wait on a distant dashboard.

Embedded & circuits

02 · Circuits

Embedded & circuits

A device stands out when the circuit, the firmware, and the app agree. We bring the board up and write the software that has to live on it.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

One team on the pinout

A second vendor rediscovering the board is the expensive month. Schematic and firmware stay in one studio.

The current pattern

Inspection and wake decisions run on the device, so the product does not pay a cloud round-trip for every sample.

Fintech & blockchain

03 · Ledger

Fintech & blockchain

A financial product stands out when ownership and settlement are obvious. We build the chain where a shared ledger removes a middle step, and we leave it out where a database is enough.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

Stop retyping the settlement

Reconciliation a ledger already did is a wage you stop paying. We do not add a chain to decorate an ordinary app.

The current pattern

Permissioned settlement for businesses, with agents that draft a transaction and a person who signs it.

Commerce & retail

04 · Retail

Commerce & retail

A retailer stands out when the shelf, the site, and the message are the same product. We build the store, the films, and the search around one catalog.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

One catalog, not three teams

A catalog that feeds the site, the app, and the campaign removes the people who retype the product.

The current pattern

Shopping assistants and answer engines quote a catalog only when its structure is written for them.

Hospitality

05 · Service

Hospitality

A room stands out when the order is right and the reply is fast. We put ordering, the kitchen flow, and loyalty on the tools the floor already uses.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

A booking that does not wait

A message that takes the table is cheaper than a missed one. Loyalty stays in the system you already run.

The current pattern

Guests ask an assistant before they call. The menu and the hours have to be answerable, not only printed.

Healthcare

06 · Care

Healthcare

A clinic stands out when a patient can book and ask a simple question without waiting for morning. We do not replace a clinician. We take the queue off the front of one.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

Hours the desk gets back

Questions a scripted assistant can answer are hours returned to the people who have to be in the room.

The current pattern

Voice and chat stay inside your system of record. Anything clinical stays with a person.

Education

07 · Learning

Education

A school or a course stands out when a learner can enroll, attend, and finish without a chase. We build the path and the reminders around the teaching you already do.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

Stop chasing the form

A portal and a reminder replace the hours spent asking who has not finished the same step.

The current pattern

Practice tools sit beside a human teacher and are judged by who finishes, not by a demo.

Real estate

08 · Property

Real estate

An agency stands out in the hour after an inquiry. We build the listing site, the pipeline, and the reply that goes out when the office is shut.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

The lead that left by morning

The first reply is the cheap part. Losing the inquiry overnight is the expensive one.

The current pattern

Buyers ask an assistant for a shortlist. A listing needs structure an answer engine can quote.

Logistics

10 · Freight

Logistics

An operator stands out when a late box is known before the customer calls. We join the systems you already pay for and surface the exception.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

The wage spent on “where is it”

A phone tree for status is a wage. A status the customer can see is not.

The current pattern

Agents watch the feed and open a task only when the rule you set is broken.

Media & brands

11 · Brand

Media & brands

A brand stands out when the pictures and the answers match. We produce the films and the search so the company is recognizable on a phone and in an AI reply.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

The location day you did not need

A generated shot, cut by a person, replaces a set you would have built for one line.

The current pattern

Answer engines cite the brands whose pages are structured. The film gets the attention. The page keeps it.

Startups

12 · First product

Startups

A young company stands out when the first build can take a real user. We ship web, mobile, and chain work as one product, not a prototype you throw away.

What we build

Where the cost comes out

Do not pay to rebuild the demo

The expensive month is the rewrite. A narrow first version avoids it.

The current pattern

Agents are a feature where a user repeats a step, not a wrapper on an empty product.

The tools that take the cost out

The same studio, used only where it removes a step. Nothing here replaces the system you already trust unless that system is the problem.

How an industry engagement runs

The sector changes the constraint. The sequence does not.

  1. 01

    The constraint

Which rule of the industry is actually costing money: a stop, a retype, a missed reply, a settlement done twice.

  2. 02

    The audit

The steps that repeat, inside the tools you have. We name the one worth building first.

  3. 03

    The smallest system

One build, measured. Robotics, a ledger, a store, a portal, or a film — not all of them at once.

  4. 04

    The handoff

Your team runs it. We stay for the part that still needs the studio.

  5. 05

    The next cut

We extend only where the first number held. A trend is not a reason to add a feature.

Questions we get before the work

Do you only work in these twelve?

These are the sectors we write for, because the work we already do lands here: robotics, circuits, blockchain, automation, web, search, and film. Adjacent work starts with the same audit.

Is a blockchain always part of the build?

No. A chain is the right tool when ownership or settlement has to be shared. An ordinary application stays on the database you already run.

Will the automation replace our staff?

It takes the repeat. A person keeps the decision: a clinician, a lawyer, a signer, a buyer. We measure the hours that come back, not the headcount we can erase.

How does this save cost?

By not replacing the system of record, by refusing a rebuild of a demo, and by taking out a step you currently pay a person to repeat. The audit says which step.

Name the floor. We will name the first build.

Tell us the sector and where it slows down. We will say whether robotics, a circuit, a ledger, automation, a product, search, or a film is the right first cut.
